We rarely see a new build with all of the right finishes and design decisions- but this one took the cake. It came to us with all of the makings of an exceptional luxury property, so we took that and ran with it. And, being steps from the base of the Hunter ski resort doesn’t hurt either!

The story we integrated into this property is one of rest, relaxation and recharging. Where you can emerge refreshed and ready to take on the world.

As part of the property story, we incorporated themes from the Rip Van Winkle fable, which was actually written in and about the Catskills. Luxury, Comfort, Wellness, Lore.
