Having just purchased my first rental unit, I stumbled upon (Paige Hayes) Hayes and Co. I wanted to create the perfect home away from home but was limited by the colors and furniture purchased with the home. Paige helped me transition and refresh my new rental without all the stress of designing each room. Paige listened to my ideas for practical and luxurious living spaces and incorporated that into her work. Paige saw my vision and wanted my home to be as beautiful as I visioned, she took the work personally. Before I knew Paige, I spent many hours shopping on the internet and across Michigan, looking for "the picture-perfect pieces". However, making the right selections is challenging without an expert. Paige never stopped looking for quality pieces that make your rooms look and feel luxurious. I was extremely happy with the look and feel of the home when the project was complete.

The communication was just what we needed! They made themselves available for our questions and guided us through hurdles with grace, command and positivity. Anyone who has done this before knows you will encounter hiccups and they helped us think through the hurdles, devise a plan, and overcome it with ease. We had worked with a contracting company plus landscaping designer for our outdoor work and the project presentation from this company came back way out of scope. Paige and Christine hopped on a call with us that very week and cleaned up the mess and tied it into the overall design for the property. This may have been out of Hayes & Co's normal service offering but they did not blink to help us and the results were breathtaking. Simply put, Hayes & Co wanted us to be successful and they did their part AND THEN SOME (way more than some, really) to ensure it. We had budgeted for this project to take 6 months. Paige and Christine worked quickly and efficiently and we were finished with design and set up in just over 2 months!!! Insane.

Crossing paths with Paige was seriously one of the best things that happened to us on our STR furnishing process!! She is very patient, knowledgeable, and always gives us the most brilliant ideas! Her suggestions and ideas totally elevated our STR design. She was always available, quick to respond, and ready to answer any questions we had. She was also always looking out for our interests. My husband and have a STR property management company in Homer, Alaska. I had the pleasure of working with Paige on a unique bluff property that over looks Kachemak Bay.
