If you’re part of the STR investing world it should come as no surprise to you that the Bourbon Trail is an emerging (well actually emerged haha) market.  This means that competition is increasing and will continue to increase. 

Our MO at Hayes & Co. is to create properties that stand out from the crowd, by defining the target guest and then designing for them specifically- in a way that is not only different, but also *better* than the competition.  Rather than fighting with the property’s existing style, we lean into it, pulling from the local surroundings and attractions to create something uniquely suited to the location, that tells a story guests will want to be a part of.  So, without further ado, we would like to welcome you to the Bourbon Bungalow- Shelbyville’s newest and decidedly coolest Airbnb.
